Today Rural Development and Agrarian Reform MEC Nomakhosazana Meth together with the Premier of the Eastern Cape handed over a tractor at Esperance farm in Walter Sisulu Municipality. The MEC also spent 67 minutes at Hilton Primary School and Hilton Clinic in Aliwal North as part of the 2019 MandelaDay.
